Golden rosary

Four years ago there was an ad on a Catholic Singaporean newspaper showing a Golden rosary.

Its caption made Stanford and me laugh. It more or less said:

“Have this golden rosary with you… it only makes you wanna pray more!”

We let out a big ZWT, wondering if the beads’ appearance really had anything to do with making us more devout Catholics.
